The article presents a comprehensive study of the strategic and applied aspects of enterprise resource provision within integration and cooperation structures. In the face of increasing geopolitical turbulence and rapid technological progress, a shift in the resource management paradigm is warranted: from static asset ownership to dynamic management of network resources. The author demonstrates that the ability to integrate external resources and reconfigure them in real time is a key factor in enterprise survival and competitiveness in 2022–2025.
The scientific novelty of the research lies in the systematic analysis of the three-dimensional model of the resource potential of integrated structures (availability, integration, dynamism) and the identification of specific synergistic effects—cost, capital, and innovation. The paper details the impact of digital transformation on enterprise architecture, particularly the role of artificial intelligence, IoT, and blockchain technologies in ensuring supply chain transparency. Special attention is paid to the "Human-AI" concept as a new form of intellectual capital in modern ecosystems. The study explores financial integration instruments, such as Supply Chain Finance (reverse factoring and dynamic discounting), that enable liquidity optimization within partner networks. For the first time in the context of Ukrainian realities, the risk of "resource overcrowding" in dense network alliances is analyzed. Strategic recommendations are formulated for combining digital and green transformations (Green Supply Chain Integration) as a necessary condition for accessing international markets under the implementation of the CBAM mechanism. The conclusions emphasize that cooperation is not only a tool for cost reduction but also a fundamental mechanism for strengthening enterprises' economic security in a turbulent environment.
