Abstract

Rapid changes in market conditions, the spread of digital technologies and the strengthening of the influence of institutional actors necessitate the development of such business models that would ensure the stable functioning and long-term development of enterprises. Traditional business models are increasingly showing limitations in responding to complex and non-linear changes in the external environment. This necessitates a transition to synergistic approaches that involve a combination of different resources, competencies, technologies and management tools to create added value. An important factor determining the success of such models is the institutional environment — a set of formal and informal rules, norms, regulators and mechanisms of interaction between market subjects.

In the modern economy, enterprises operate in a complex, multi-level and unstable institutional environment, which significantly affects their development opportunities, innovation and efficiency of organizational decisions. The active development of digital technologies, the complication of the competitive environment and the strengthening of regulatory influence lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of classical approaches to building business models, which complicates the provision of sustainable development of enterprises in the long term. This necessitates the formation of synergistic business models based on the integration of various resources, partnerships, technologies and management practices.

The main goal of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of synergistic business models in interaction with the institutional environment. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to determine the influence of institutional factors on the construction of business models, generalize modern approaches to their formation, substantiate the mechanisms of synergistic effects and offer practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency and adaptability of enterprises.

Modern approaches to the development of enterprises are increasingly based on the understanding of the business model as a holistic system of creation, delivery and appropriation of value. Within the framework of the system approach, the business model is considered not as a simple set of individual elements, but as a dynamic configuration of interrelated processes, resources, partnerships and management decisions, capable of ensuring the emergence of a synergistic effect. Synergy is manifested in the case when the coordinated functioning of the components of the business model allows achieving results that exceed the effect of their isolated use, which is especially important in conditions of instability and increasing complexity of economic processes.

The formation of synergistic business models in interaction with the institutional environment is a key factor in ensuring the efficiency and competitiveness of modern enterprises. Alignment of internal resources, management processes, partnerships and innovation mechanisms with formal and informal institutional norms allows achieving a synergistic effect that ensures cost optimization, increased profitability and efficiency. This approach contributes to the development of flexible and adaptive business models that can quickly respond to changes in market conditions, digitalization of the economy and the growth of regulatory requirements. The introduction of synergistic business models stimulates innovation activity, improves the quality of interaction with partners and customers, strengthens the company's reputation capital and its position in the market.
