MODERN APPROACHES TO INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF HOSPITALITY ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Hospitality enterprises are one of the key segments of the service sector, operating under conditions of intense competition, seasonal demand fluctuations, digital transformation, and increasing consumer expectations regarding service quality. Under such conditions, the efficiency of managing accommodation facilities becomes especially important as a comprehensive characteristic of the effectiveness of resource utilization, business process organization, and managerial decision-making.

To ensure sustainable development and competitive advantages, it is necessary to systematically improve management mechanisms, implement modern performance control tools, and adapt to changes in the external environment.

The article examines modern approaches to improving the efficiency of hospitality enterprise management. It analyzes the economic, organizational, and social components of managerial activity within accommodation facilities and identifies the key factors influencing enterprise performance.

The conducted analysis of hotel enterprise operations revealed the main management problems related to insufficient digitalization of processes, lack of standardization in operational activities, personnel risks, and an ineffective staff motivation system.

The directions for improving management efficiency in accommodation facilities are substantiated. These include the implementation of a KPI system, digitalization of managerial and operational processes (PMS, CRM, RMS), cost optimization, improvement of personnel policy, and the development of a customer-oriented service model.

A comprehensive set of managerial decisions aimed at enhancing financial stability, service quality, and the competitiveness of the enterprise has been proposed. The implementation of the suggested measures will contribute to increased profitability, improved operational efficiency, and greater adaptability of the accommodation facility to modern market challenges..
