STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SECURITY SYSTEMS IN AGRIBUSINESS

The article provides a theoretical and methodological substantiation and develops comprehensive strategic directions for improving agribusiness security systems under conditions of prolonged military-political and climate turbulence. Based on an ontological analysis, micro-level security is conceptualized as a complex, dynamic state rooted in the conceptual framework of a "security corridor" that integrates economic, environmental, informational, legal, and social-structural components. The structure and dynamics of Ukraine's agricultural production during 2024–2025 are critically evaluated, with a 6.8% decline in production volumes recorded, and the structural risks of a monocultural orientation in sown areas are comprehensively analyzed. The integrated resilience indicator of an agricultural enterprise is mathematically formalized as a multi-criteria additive function that directly accounts for the efficiency coefficients of component functioning, risk vulnerability indices, and the specific weight coefficients of their systemic contributions.
The scientific novelty of the study lies in the substantiation of two-vector adaptive management models and proactive risk management frameworks that effectively integrate mandatory environmental imperatives with advanced digital innovations. The institutional barriers to the harmonization of domestic legislation with EU requirements are identified, particularly regarding the key principle of mutual compliance ("cross-compliance") in state subsidization, and the economic effectiveness of implementing water-saving technologies (No-Till) and advanced water management is proved. The technological vulnerabilities of the digital circuit of agribusiness (FMS, ERP, GPS, UAVs, and IoT sensors) are systematically categorized, and strategic directions for countering cyber threats are developed in accordance with the international standards ISO 31000:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The practical significance of the results lies in the development of an applied, resilient toolkit for the flexible protection of land assets, the minimization of logistics chain losses, and the sustainable enhancement of human capital under conditions of macroeconomic instability.
