Abstract

The article substantiates the conceptual foundations of digital ecosystem project management as a managerial approach aimed at coordinating the interaction of digital platforms, technologies, data, and stakeholder networks in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. An original interpretation of a digital ecosystem is proposed as an open multi-level system of interaction among digital platforms, technologies, data, and stakeholders united by a common digital infrastructure, coordination mechanisms, and resource exchange processes. Scientific approaches to the study of digital ecosystems are systematized, and their architecture is substantiated as a complex managerial and technological system. The key structural components of a digital ecosystem are identified, including digital platforms, digital technologies, data, digital infrastructure, digital services, and stakeholder networks. A conceptual framework for digital ecosystem project management is proposed, encompassing structural components, management principles, implementation and coordination mechanisms, as well as outcomes in the form of value created for stakeholders. The principles of digital ecosystem project management are identified and characterized, namely openness, integration, networking, adaptability, scalability, innovativeness, and value co-creation. The content of the implementation mechanisms of digital ecosystem project management is revealed, including data management, digital analytics, risk management, stakeholder coordination, digital platform integration, knowledge management, monitoring, and performance evaluation. Based on the analysis of the digital ecosystems Diia, Monobank, Nova Poshta, and distance learning platforms, the commonality of their structural components and coordination mechanisms is established.

A system of indicators for assessing the value created by digital ecosystems is proposed, covering economic, social, educational, innovative, and managerial dimensions. The expediency of using created value as a key measure of the effectiveness of digital ecosystem project management and as a methodological basis for its evaluation is substantiated.
