Abstract

The article examines the features of agile management of Ukrainian enterprises under wartime conditions and identifies the prospects for its development in the context of post-war recovery, among which the key ones are digitalization, integration into global markets, innovation development, and the enhancement of managerial competencies.

The relevance of transitioning from traditional management strategies to adaptive approaches is substantiated, as they facilitate rapid response to changes in the external environment and enhance the resilience and competitiveness of enterprises. The essence of agile management as a modern managerial paradigm based on the principles of Agile, Lean, and adaptive management is revealed, and its key characteristics are identified.

The specifics of implementing agile management in the post-war period are analyzed, particularly under conditions of high uncertainty, the necessity of digitalizing management processes, the formation of flexible business models, strengthening the role of risk management, and implementing a human-centered approach to personnel management. The practical experience of Ukrainian enterprises in applying agile management tools is summarized, including business relocation, adaptation of production to new conditions, and entry into international markets.

It is determined that the implementation of agile management approaches contributes to ensuring business continuity, increasing adaptability to crisis situations, and forming long-term strategic advantages.
