Abstract

The development of hotel, restaurant and tourism enterprises at the present stage of development is directly related to the use of innovative solutions. Accommodation, catering and tourism establishments that form innovative development models can not only increase the demand for their services, but also gain economic, social and managerial advantages, improve the system of organization of activities and improve the quality of customer service. The article is aimed at substantiating and generalizing the main strategies for innovative development of hotel, restaurant and tourism enterprises, as well as modern innovative measures within these strategies. In the article, the authors systematize the main strategies which can be implemented by accommodation, catering and tourism establishments to form innovative development models and highlight the strategy of using innovative technologies for servicing guests and attracting them to establishments, the strategy of improving the quality of hotel, restaurant and tourism services, including through improving and updating their service standards, the strategy of monitoring the needs, wishes and expectations of guests, the strategy of expanding the range of additional services and and other strategies. The main measures and activities within the framework of these strategies are proposed, their potential goals and results are analyzed. The main advantages and strengths of the implementation of the proposed strategies for the hotel and restaurant industry and tourism are substantiated. The best practices of using innovative technologies in the activities of hospitality institutions are summarized. The role of innovative technologies in the process of providing basic and forming additional services, customer service, organization and management of accommodation, catering and tourism is analyzed.
